Back in 2006, there wasn't a single place in the Millersburg area where a small restaurant owner or a bakery could go to get the commercial equipment they needed. You either drove hours out of your way or figured it out yourself. We saw that gap and decided to fill it.

We weren't trying to build an empire. We just wanted to help people get their kitchens running — and do it honestly. No overselling, no runaround, no disappearing after the invoice was paid. Turns out that's a pretty low bar in this industry, and clearing it consistently is enough to build a reputation.

Over the past 20 years, every new customer has come to us the same way: word of mouth from thousands of clients we've served. We've never relied on advertising to grow this business, and that track record speaks for itself. That kind of trust isn't bought; it's earned one job at a time.
