This was their second location. CK worked with Charm to design t he layout of the kitchen, walk in cooler & freezer, as well as the flow of food, staff and dishes returning to be cleaned.

East Main Kitchen
We visited the location, which was an old diner, and reviewed existing equipment. We replaced about 80% of it with new or pre-owned equipment which were better quality and had better warranties. Commercial Kitchens removed all the old equipment and installed the new. They recently built a banquet center that we outfitted as well.
